Want a steady daytime job that keeps you active and outdoors instead of behind a counter or in a warehouse? Fish Window Cleaning is hiring technicians to clean windows for homes and businesses across the western suburbs. No experience needed; we train you and pay you while you learn.
Pay and schedule
- $17/hour from day one, including training
- After training, you earn $17/hour or 30% commission on the jobs you complete, whichever is higher. Trained techs typically earn $20–$25/hour.
- Tips and bonuses on top
- Part-time, about 30–35 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, between 7 am and 3 pm
- No nights, weekends, or holidays

What you'll do
- Clean interior and exterior windows at homes and businesses
- Work alone or with a partner, mostly outdoors
- Safely use ladders, squeegees, and other equipment
- Drive to job sites throughout the western suburbs
- Give customers friendly, professional service
- Check windows and frames for damage and keep your equipment in good shape
What you need
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle
- Ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and be on your feet most of the day
- Comfort working outdoors year-round
- Self-motivation and an eye for detail

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
